 About Us  Our Mission is to "Jump Start, Resource, Encourage, and Equip Men and Men's Ministries to be Authentic Christian Men, Husbands, Fathers and Leaders." This 16 year old ministry is like a football game which has a playing field with Goal Posts at each end. The Goal Posts are events driven like Retreats and Conferences. The Playing Field, however, needs to involve an Equipping Tool or Teaching Arm in which men "Grind" out 5 yards at a time. It involves the "How Tos" of the process of Genuine Christian Manhood. Practical help is provided by Coaching ministries with local Weekly Host Training, Monthly Regional Fellowship and National Iron Sharpens Iron training Conferences.
